Live Beer Blogging is the ultimate in beer speed dating tasting. In a matter of 50 mins, bloggers, writers and craft beer lovers from all over the United States (we have 30 states at BBC this year) get to taste and think fast in order to write & share their thoughts on unique craft beers presented. This year, we have a special event planned by J.J. Taylor Distributing Florida, Inc. at their warehouse in Tampa, Fl. BBC attendees will be taken from the Marriott Waterside to the main J.J. Taylor Distributing Florida, Inc. operations warehouse where our Live Beer Blogging will commence.
How does it work? All ten beers are poured at the same time. One beer is poured at one table for five minutes and then the breweries rotate….ten times. We will have 10 tables with seating for 12 at each table.
Each BBC person attending #LBB will receive the following:
- A tasting booklet detailing each of the breweries represented, their social channels & hashtags and a section for guests to include their tasting notes
- A pen to write with
- Souvenir tasting glass to be used to sample each of the 10 breweries beers
- Bottled water
- Card with WiFi instructions / password
- Communal trays of cheese and crackers
Explanation, flavors, brewing methods will be shared, writers will taste and BAM, live beer blogs will begin to scatter the craft beer blogosphere.

Make sure laptops and devices fully charged when you depart the hotel.
