What do you get when you get ~150 beer bloggers together for 3 days of tasting, content and networking at a conference? You get over 6000 tweets, loads of photos, tons of amazing beer consumed and logged into Untapped, and an all around good time.
A passion for beer and an inkling to blog about it are the only requirements to join (and perhaps a bit of stamina to get you through the action-packed schedule). We were thrilled to see the great mix of alumni and new attendees this year. Friendships were formed, blog collaborations formed, and great business and networking introductions made.
This post is Part IV of our recap series – the final post. Want to start at the beginning? Visit Part I, Part II, or Part III
Below is a summary and collection of tweets from attendees of the conference from Sunday, July 28th – our final (1/2) day of the conference. It began with Blogger Reports, followed by a session on blogging local, and concluded with our final Keynote Address delivered by Ray Daniels. A fun bonus to the day is that the bloggers got to divy up all the remaining beer from the week to take back home with them!
Blogger Reports
We had 10 bloggers come up and give 5 minute reports to the crowd. The subject was of their choosing. Here’s a bit of what was discussed.
